Questions

What clients ask before the survey.

Do you work on shell-and-core units?

Yes. Most new office buildings in Cyprus are handed over as shell and core. Our Full Renovation package covers walls, electrical, data, AC and finishes from bare concrete.

Can you get our internet line installed in time?

We order the line the day you sign and chase the provider until it is live. Fibre can take a few weeks, so we set up a temporary 5G router if it isn't ready by move day.

Are your electricians licensed?

Every electrical job is carried out and signed off by a licensed electrician, and you get the certificate at handover.

Do cameras in the office need anything special?

Yes. Under GDPR you need signage, a set retention period and controlled access to footage. We set all three up and give you a one-page policy for your staff.

Do you work on apartments and houses?

Yes. We renovate, move and clean apartments and houses, and install air conditioning, solar panels, EV chargers and smart home systems.

Can we keep working or living there during the work?

Yes. We schedule noisy work around you and keep one area usable at all times.
